In Sanskrit, kanika is the smallest grain, the seed particle. The primordial essence of you before conditions, templates and ancestral patterns were written into the body. The original good.

No heartbeat
Corrie's mother was told to prepare for a stillbirth. Corrie arrived anyway, carrying that shock in her structure.
The body speaks

Kanika is born
At Lake Taupo, in the days of the Saturn Jupiter Great Conjunction, the code became Kanika. Corrie then lived inside her daily for nine months before teaching a single soul.
Seven years
Kanika completes her foundation phase, and the Rose Cohort begins.

Kanika was not designed at a desk. She arrived through land, lineage and sky. Lake Taupo holds her birth. Glastonbury and the Isle of Avalon hold her lineage, the Rose line of the priestesses who kept the body's wisdom alive when it was dangerous to.

So often, people came to me wanting healing and their beliefs simply would not let them have it. Through twenty years of clinical practice, deep philosophical development and a whole lot of biochemistry nerding out, I could finally see it.
Coaching needed bodywork. Bodywork needed coaching.
What we had all been working with was so isolated from the core of creation. Consciousness, which is our thoughts, our beliefs and our inner voice. Breath, which is spirit animating us. And bone, the form that allows us to inhabit this lifetime. Kanika weaves all three back together.
That energy was never mine to claim. It was mine to birth, and to guard. When I started bringing it into my coaching, people kept telling me how remarkable it was, how much it was changing their lives. Then they asked me to teach them.
I never went looking for this. It found me. And I have trusted Kanika implicitly to show me the way ever since.
In the last five years Kanika has grown into a million dollar business. I built it as a sleepless mother, because I knew in my bones this work was a key element of our future evolution, so that our Golden Children can thrive.
Sovereignty is my highest value. Through Kanika, each adjustment and each belief surrendered becomes a deeper, more empowered way to live, and to be lived through.
