Corrie sees the pattern underneath the pattern.

Before you book.
How does a distance session work?+
You join by video from somewhere quiet where you can sit or lie comfortably. Corrie names each bone that holds the key to your pattern, you hold it on your own body, and she holds the same bone on hers. Then you breathe the Three Sip Breath together. It is the same Find, Hold, Release as in the room.
What happens in the 70 minutes?+
Corrie listens for the pattern underneath the pattern and helps you name the belief that has been running it. Together you find where it is held, hold it with the breath, and let it release, so a new response has room to form.
What happens after I book?+
Corrie prepares your Mayan signature reading before you meet. After your session, Daily Evolution begins: a week of direct WhatsApp support as what moved settles in.
Do I need to have done other work first?+
No. Many people come after years of therapy, coaching or breathwork. Others come to Kanika first. Either way, you begin exactly where you are.
